Head Kit - F270

Billet head kit for the Chung Yang F230 and F270. Features removeable dome for easy compression changes and a 4 bolt girdled head shell for strength. This kit has a 34mm bore size which is standard on the F270 and it will turn an F230 into an F270 with the use of a +2mm stroker(not included). This kit includes a 34mm bore size CY F270 cylinder that we CNC machine to work with our billet head shell. Also included is the billet head shell, removable dome, .012" copper head gasket, base, intake, and exhaust gaskets, and necessary hardware. To use this on the F230 you must also use a +2mm stroker and a 34mm piston kit(not included).

Engine - Chung Yang F270

New Chung Yang F270 27.2cc 4-bolt RC engine. 34mm bore x 30mm stroke. Features a 4-bolt cylinder pattern for added rigidity. Sold as shown with a Walbro WT-668 carb and clutch. Direct bolt-in for Baja 5b/5t RC cars. Does NOT include linkage for use on a scooter.

Drive Coupler - Kaw 1100 Conversion

Billet aluminum drive coupler for the Kawasaki 900/1100 that uses the 750/800 damper. This coupler is for putting a 900/1100 engine into a 750/800 hull. The threads are 24-1.5mm. Includes stainless spacer, as shown, for proper thread length.

Drive Coupler - Sea Doo 951

Billet aluminum drive coupler for the Sea Doo 951 that converts it to the Kawasaki 750/800 pattern. This coupler will work with both our Kawasaki 750/800 billet coupler and our Yamaha 701 billet coupler. This is for putting a Sea Doo 951 engine in a Kawasaki or Yamaha stand-up.

Fuel Hull Fitting - Kawasaki

Billet aluminum fuel cap socket for the Kawasaki Jet Skis. Works with the stock plastic or aftermarket billet gas caps. Includes attached chain. Replaces the plastic Kawasaki OE part# 59231-3716. Fits the 800SXR, 12F, 15F, 1200STX-R, 1100ZXi, and the 900STX. May also fit other Kawasaki models.

Dome - Kaw 800 Ltd Drop

Billet limited drop dome for Kawasaki 800. This dome has a .050" drop at 82mm for use in limited engines with a .060" base gasket. Dome includes or020 and or042 orings.

Intake Manifold - RC Engines Tall

Tall billet aluminum intake manifold for RC engines. 3-axis machined for a perfect match to the cylinder and the carb. The stock manifold does not match the cylinder and is smaller than the carb, restricting flow. This kit includes laser cut teflon heat spacers that also double as gaskets. This manifold is 1/4" thicker that our other billet RC intake manifold.

Water Bypass - 3/8 45 degree

Billet aluminum 45 degree water bypass. For 3/8" id waterline and 1/2" hole thru the hull. Anodized for protection against corrosion.

Head Shell - Yamaha 785 Billet Cylinder

Billet head shell for the early sytle ADA Racing billet cylinder for the Yamaha 701. Clear anodized. Includes orings and brass fittings. This does NOT fit the 989 Yamaha billet cylinder.

Head Kit - Kawasaki 800 Big Bore

Billet head kit for Kawasaki 750/800 big bore. Domes fit up to an 85mm bore. Kit includes head shell, one pair of domes, orings, and all necessary hardware. Head shell is clear anodized for protection.

Head Shell - Yamaha 701/760 Super Bore

Billet head shell for the Yamaha 701/760 that allows the use of our Sea Doo 951 domes. This is for building a custom big bore engine that is larger than 86mm bore size. You can also have custom domes made if the standard 951 dome configuration will not work for your application. Custom domes start at $50 for programming plus the price of the dome. Includes the orings and brass water fittings that go in the head shell. Domes NOT included.

Head Shell - Kawasaki 800 Big Bore

Billet head shell for Kawasaki 800SXR big bores. This head shell works with our larger diameter special notched big bore domes that are machined to go around the head studs. Includes the orings and brass water fittings that go in the head shell. Domes NOT included.

Pull Start Adaptor - CY46

Billet pull start adaptor for the CY42/46, GP420RS & GP460RS to install a standard RC pull starter. Includes stainless mounting hardware. To use the standard RC pull starter you must oblong the mounting holes in the plastic starter housing. Hard anodized in black for great looks and durability.
