Specs for machining your stock cylinder: cylinder height from base to the top of the machine surface should be 2.290 inches on the 40mm cylinder and 2.275 inches on the 44mm cylinder. The lip on the top of the cylinder should be 1.955 inches in diameter and a minimum of .120 inch tall. When machining the diameter, the cylinder may not clean all the way around.
DESCRIPTION:
Billet girdle head shell for 40.2/47cc case reed inducted pocketbike engine. Includes head shell and mounting bolts. Girdle design relieves stress on bottom of cylinder by bolting the head down thru the cylinder into the cases.
